We offer 2 different classes at The H Town Underground Fitness Temple: The Underground, Fun Fit.

  1. -The Underground: 1hour- a moderate to high intensity full body program designed to improve strength, endurance, and agility. Using a variety of tools and custom workouts, this class will challenge the best of athletes.

  1. -Fun Fit: 45min- a low to moderate intensity version of The Underground. For those who prefer  a little less intensity but still want a challenge.

- Open Gym: Cardio equipment, machines, and free weights located downstairs. An unsupervised facility for experienced lifters who prefer their own program, with keycode access for your convenience.
